6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & SOCIAL MEDIA
By tagging UNÆG PET on social media, using our branded hashtags, or uploading photographs or videos of your pets using our products to our Website or social channels, you grant UNAGE PET LABS PVT. LTD. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media formats. You represent that you own the rights to the content and that its use by UNÆG PET does not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
7. NATURE OF PRODUCTS & PROHIBITION ON RESALE
All UNÆG PET products are intended for external pet care and grooming purposes only. Some ingredients may be derived from natural animal sources, including but not limited to honey and beeswax. Prohibition on Resale: The products and services available on the Website, including any samples, are for personal, non-commercial use only. You cannot sell, resell, distribute, or otherwise commercialize any products purchased from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the unauthorized distribution or grey-market resale of our products.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING
If UNÆG PET offers a subscription or auto-replenish program, by enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the specified products. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, provided the cancellation is executed at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
9. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

It does not constitute professional veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical advice. They are not veterinary drugs and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding pre-existing dermatological conditions. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, UNÆG PET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. 14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting the Grievance Officer. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, and proceedings shall be in English. Subject to arbitration and applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
