Eligibility for Returns

• The product was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Opened, used, tampered, or partially used products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID.
• Clear photographs or video evidence.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error, damage, or incorrect shipment attributable to UNÆG PET.

Where applicable, reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion.

Refunds

Once a return is approved:
