How it works
- *Qualifying spend is based on a rolling 12-month period.
- Earn 10 UNÆG Credits for every ₹100 spent, with additional credits through tier benefits and selected products, categories or campaigns, where applicable.
- Order-earned credits first show as pending and land after the 7-day return period.
- Redeem UNÆG Credits at checkout, up to ₹250 per order, once the 7-day return period has passed. Excludes first orders, sale or discounted products, gift orders and use with coupons. Validity: Essential, 12 months; Advanced, 15 months; Signature, 18 months.

UNÆG Privé is our loyalty programme, designed to reward the care you give your companion. Earn UNÆG Credits on purchases and progress through three membership tiers, each offering its own benefits and privileges.
Earn 10 UNÆG Credits for every ₹100 spent, with additional credits through tier benefits and selected products, categories or campaigns, where applicable.
Credits earned from an order initially appear as pending. They become available to redeem once the seven-day return period has elapsed.
Redeem your available UNÆG Credits at checkout towards your purchase. Pending credits cannot be redeemed until they become available.
The redemption value of your credits depends on your membership tier:
Essential: 100 UNÆG Credits = ₹10
Advanced: 100 UNÆG Credits = ₹12
Signature: 100 UNÆG Credits = ₹15
Your membership tier is based on your qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period:
Essential: ₹2,500 and above
Advanced: ₹5,000 and above
Signature: ₹10,000 and above

Pending credits are credits earned from orders that are still within the seven-day return period. They appear in your dashboard but become redeemable only after that period has elapsed.
